You Have 30 Days to return most unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  2. Include your order number

  3. We'll reply with instructions

What You Should Know:

  • We Accept: Defective/damaged items (we cover return shipping), unopened non-food items

  • We Can't Accept: Opened food, beverages, or personal care items

  • Return shipping is your cost unless item is faulty

  • Refunds issued to original payment method in 3-5 business days after we receive return
